Karen lists homes and negotiates purchase agreements for our seller clients. Her goal is to help our sellers get the most money possible for their home, in the seller's time-frame, and with the least amount of hassles. Karen also manages team activities. She has been a full-time Top Realtor in Livingston County since 2000. Karen is consistently ranked in the top 2% for real estate sales in our community.

Todd Buckley
Owner/Listing Specialist
Todd lists homes and negotiates purchase agreements for our seller clients, helping them achieve their goals. Todd also manages team activities. Todd was raised in Brighton and has extensive knowledge about our community. He is actively involved with the Livingston County Association of Realtors and currently serves as a Director. Licensed and full-time since 1997, Todd has worked with hundreds of buyers and sellers.
